We at GoldenTech.ie want the customer to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make. So if you are not completely happy with any item, simply return it within 30 days of the sale date. The Item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging together with all purchase details. We’ll exchange it or offer you a full refund.
Each item is fully tested before shipment, we never send faulty items to avoid refund or return shipping.
We offer 100-days warranty against manufacturing defects from your receipt date. If the item does not work properly within warranty time, you can return it for replacement or refund, whichever suits you best. You should notify us regarding the issues within 30 days from the receipt date.
If your transaction has more than 100 days, you will not appear in our database, so we can’t help you in any way, you have no protection regarding the item you bought.
Regarding digitizers/LCDs we recommend the buyer to check the screen/flex cable connectors BEFORE proceeding with the installation. Test the screen BEFORE fitting it or using any glue or adhesive(just attach the screen and test it), in order to avoid any inconvenience.
The Warranty doesn’t cover any accidental damages during the installation process.
We will only refund or replace the item that is returned back to us. The item should be tested before any replacement or refund. In case of manufacturing fault, if the customer wants to keep the item, he can agree on a partial refund with the seller without returning the item.
The items should be returned in the same condition they were received, to be clearly visible (not to be covered) the internal sticker, to be without any marks of use and to have the screen protectors on them.
Please note if return shipping is caused by your wrong buying, original shipping cost and handling fee are non-refundable. So if you are not sure about which item to buy, feel free to contact us. This is available also in case you have changed your mind regarding the item you bought.
